A dublin man who mixed a concoction of anti-depressant tablets and alcohol and then stole a bag containing 5,000 in cash is to be given community service if a favourable probation report is produced at Balbriggan District Court next month. 'The night before he committed this crime he had combined antidepressant tablets and alcohol. He admits taking the bag but he did not realise there was € 5,000 in cash and the other items in it. He only realised the extent of the property when gardaí told him.
'My client admits it was a very stupid thing to do and very irrational.redbullhatsstore fittedcaps newyorkyankees ladodgers buffalonewyork. He puts it down to mixing alcohol and anti-depressants.' Mr Brown said Delaney, who has two children, is now engaging with his GP and has been abstaining from alcohol. 'He is very distressed about what he did to say the least,' added Mr Brown.
Judge Patrick Brady remarked that the amount of money stolen 'is a serious amount as far as the court is concerned.' He said he would hand down Delaney 150 hours community service if a favourable probation report is produced on July 21st at Balbriggan District Court.
